I didn't want the background to be bright blue again (the color of my room wall) and I didn't want to have to select around our hair to change it in PS so we tried to hang a sheet behind us, but it was pretty creased in random places and kept falling down so that was fun and looks awesome in the photos -_-
This was also the first time I took self portraits with someone else in them with me, so crawling up to set the camera up after every photo while laced tightly into my corset was pretty hard with another person there, and trying to fit us both into frame with a small mirror to see the camera screen... UUUUGGGH!! I don't even wanna think about it anymore lol it was just a disaster.
We ended up changing outfits and make-up halfway through the shoot 'cause the Jamie-with-no-fangs thing was just too awkward. The second make-up look is very cool and I really like it, but it's still the same background and the same crappy camera so I've been avoiding editing those.. I'll post some soon though, I just want to get them done and over with.
So yeah.. I had my hopes up high for this shoot, I always wanted to do a vamp shoot with someone else
Maybe we'll try again another time and have Jake take the photos.There are other photos to be edited though, a set of Jake's that he took of me a few months ago in the pool, another set that I tried to take with my crappy camera a couple weeks ago, and all of Jake's Boston photos. So yeah.. I guess I better get to work.
