Very nice, I like this shot and how you lit it.
About the noise in the photo...I was using the Canon 30d and bought a plug in for photoshop called imagenomic noiseware pro. It does a pretty good job cleaning up that digital noise. I upgraded my camera, but still use it on those high ISO shots. If you visit their website you can see a couple of before and after shots and they have a free demo download.
